how do you remove rust?

I need to remove rust from an old coca cola can and from my snowboard what can i use to remove the rust? Any rust removers that i can find around the house?

CLR Remover! (that’s the actual brand name)

It removes Calcium, Lime, and Rust from almost anything you can think of…….It’s also pretty cheap. As for something around the house, you could try mineral spirits or turpentine.
